We are proud to announce the opening of UNWIND KITCHEN starting July 21st, 2021 at Sapporo’s lifestyle hotel, UNWIND HOTEL & BAR Sapporo.
UNWIND KITCHEN will deliver within the hotel, whether you would like to have a relaxing dinner in your room or dine atop the cozy rooftop terrace.
Meals from UNWIND KITCHEN will be delivered to you fresh cooked.

Enjoy a New Zealand favorite served UNWIND style, featuring juicy chicken, smooth and savory brie cheese, and an accent of cranberry on top of a puffy crust.
Our manager’s favorite! Crispy fried chicken covered in our special spicy sauce and served with bleu cheese dip, a perfect match.
Hearty smoked bacon, garlic sausage, and seasonal vegetables grilled and seasoned on a skewer.
Additional items include 3-variety Hokkaido Fried Potatoes and a Local Cheese Plate from Hokkaido’s toit vert in Kuromatsunai.
