In this new episode, Tatsuaki Sakima shows you how to make an Old Fashioned, his personal favorite drink and also the most requested cocktail by foreign guests. Our skilled bartender takes this drink to the next level by using only the finest ingredients and techniques to craft the perfect drink.
The Old Fashioned is made with whiskey, sugar, bitters, and a twist of orange. Our bartender carefully selects the whiskey to ensure the perfect balance of flavors, and then adds just the right amount of sugar and bitters to create a rich, complex taste.

Originally from Okinawa, Tatsuaki came to Tokyo to pursue his passion for mixology and to become one of the best bartenders in the world. With years of experience managing bars and working at various clubs, Tatsuaki is now a seasoned expert in the field, having proven his skills in the 2019 WORLD CLASS JAPAN bartender tournament, where he placed high in the TOP 50 world ranking. He is now actively training to become the number one champion in the next edition of the tournament!
But Tatsuaki’s talents don’t stop there. He also has a passion for arm wrestling and is one of the top-ranked arm wrestling champions in Japan. While his muscles may be intimidating to some, don’t let that fool you – Tatsuaki is one of the most easygoing and fun people you’ll meet here.
