Following the Prohibition era underground style, the exterior is simply a bright yellow door with a sign for “The Book Store.” Bartenders Toru Ariyoshi and Keisuke Yamamoto craft creative concoctions using classic Japanese ingredients like hoji tea and yuzu to craft one-of-a-kind cocktails.

Bar K Ya

Popular among local youngsters, Bar K Ya has a traditional and tranquil environment with a small Japanese garden. They have several branches, but their main branch is located within a 5 minute walk of the Millennials Kyoto.
