Following the theme of “colorful and healthy,” items on the menu are good for both the body and soul. Menu items include the signature Ryukyu Tacos, which feature homemade tortillas and local Okinawan ingredients, and tropical cocktails in three different styles: Margarita, Mojito or Sour.

2. Churro Pop and Gelato

ESTINATE HOTEL Naha just launched three types of Churro Pop and Gelato flavors perfect for the changing of seasons! The Churro Pops are lollipop candy-type churros and they have been made to resemble the tail of a wild cat, which is the hotel’s design. The three flavors are Sweet Potato & Yam, Tropical Fruit and Green Tea.

3. Mont-Blanc Autumn Daruma

Try this tasty dessert representative of Japan’s most beloved pastime: onsens! THE LIVELY FUKUOKA HAKATA’s seasonal sweet features a mountain of Mont Blanc cream squeezed into a heap representing Mt. Fuji in an onsen mural and the generous amount of sauce around it represents the onsen water. The Daruma doll-shaped monaka dipped in the sauce looks like it’s soaking in the water, evoking the feeling of autumn. You can choose between two flavors: purple sweet potato or black sesame.

4. Takoyaki Waffle

Developed by THE LIVELY OSAKA HONMACHI’s very own French chef, the one-of-a-kind takoyaki waffle features takoyaki and cabbage wrapped in tortilla skin. Once pressed, it’s topped with an original sauce, BBQ sauce and traditional French mayonnaise, then sprinkled with colorful arare for a fun texture. Reminiscent of summer festivals, it’s served from a food stall! It’s the perfect after-dinner snack. Be aware that since they are so popular, they can sell out in as little as 30 minutes.

5. Tortilla Dog

The team at THE LIVELY TOKYO AZABAJUBAN have adapted the traditional tortilla, popular in Mexico and Spain, into a freshly-made, golden-brown hot dog with sausage, salsa and cabbage. Customers who are vegan and vegetarian can request to change the different ingredients. Only a limited number of 20 servings are offered every Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., so make sure to arrive early and grab a tortilla dog to eat with your free beer.

6. Roast Pork Yuzu Sauce

The savory, tender pork shoulder pairs perfectly with refreshing yuzu sauce in this delightful item from slash kawasaki’s very own kitchen. Due to the meticulous and thoughtful cooking methods, the meat is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside while the mix of yuzu sauce, lean meat and melted fat create an irresistible combination of flavors.

7. Spare Ribs

The signature item of slash kawasaki is none other than the spare rib, which is marinated in homemade sauce for a day then cooked until the meat almost falls off the bone. The spare rib is found in a variety of dishes from the popular breakfast item, the spare rib and mozzarella hot sandwich, to curry, pasta, jambalaya and other delectable meals for lunch and dinner.
