GOBOU’s Royal Chocolate Milk Tea (pictured left)
A frozen dessert drink made with Kyushu-grown mascarpone and Yame Japanese black tea, combined with burdock root and chocolate—two quintessential fall ingredients. By blending burdock root with a rich royal milk tea infused with chocolate, we’ve created an unprecedented autumn flavor. The mascarpone gives it a tiramisu-like richness and smooth mouthfeel, resulting in a drink where the rich aroma of Yame Japanese black tea, the depth of the chocolate, and the unique flavor of burdock root harmoniously blend together. You can customize the flavor by adding the separately packaged chocolate sauce infused with burdock aroma to your liking, or enjoy it drizzled over the “DIG Mont Blanc.”

Moonlit Apple (pictured right)
Based on apple bourbon, this dessert cocktail features a sweet, toasty aroma reminiscent of apple pie—perfect for long autumn evenings. With apples—a quintessential autumn flavor—taking center stage, a round ice cube represents the “moon,” evoking the scene of moon viewing. Caramelized apples are used as a garnish. This brings out the apple’s natural sweetness while adding a toasty, apple-pie-like flavor.Additionally, when you add the separately served cranberry sauce, the pale golden cocktail—reminiscent of apple flesh—gradually transforms into a deep, autumnal hue. This drink lets you experience the deepening of autumn through its taste while enjoying the changing colors.

[DIG Mont Blanc] Sweet Potato × Chestnut
Featuring “Beni Haruka,” a sweet potato from Kyushu, paired with seasonal chestnuts. We showcase seasonal sweet potatoes through various cooking methods and textures, including a chilled sweet potato dessert soup, fried sweet potatoes, and sweet potato catalana. By layering sponge cake, chestnut whipped cream, and candied chestnuts and sweet potatoes, then enveloping the entire creation in Mont Blanc cream, we’ve crafted a dessert that offers a diverse array of flavors in a single dish. The decoration is themed around “Tsukimi” (moon viewing), evoking the serene nighttime scenery of a Japanese autumn night. We’ve scattered autumnal motifs throughout the dish, including sweet potato sticks, sablés, yellow macarons shaped like the moon, and ginkgo tuiles.

[DIG Mont Blanc] Fig × Cassis
Featuring “Toyomitsu Hime” figs from Fukuoka Prefecture as the star ingredient, this dessert is paired with cassis. We showcase these seasonal figs through various cooking methods and textures, such as a chilled fig dessert soup and fig catalana. We layered dried figs and fig yōkan, combined them with cassis cake, whipped cream, and Fukuoka-grown Kyoho grapes, and enveloped the entire creation in a cassis and fig Mont Blanc cream. The decoration is themed around the “Autumn Harvest Festival,” creating a vibrant celebration of the bountiful fall season. We’ve adorned the dish with sliced figs, maple-leaf shortbread, red macarons evoking an autumn sunset, and ginkgo tuiles, resulting in a dish that captures the bounty of fall.
