今回はサプライズオプションの申込方法についてご紹介いたします。当ホテルでは、サプライズのオプションをご用意しております。サプライズプランに加え、バルーン、スパークリングワイン、Happy Birthdayのガーランドなど追加で希望される方や、ケーキだけお申込みされたい方でもお申込みいただけます。下記に手順をご紹介いたしますので、ご利用の際はこのような流れでお申し込みください。

リクエストフォームで、サプライズオプションの内容をチェック！
STEP２
ご希望のサプライズオプションを選択！
当ホテルでお申込みいただいた、ケーキやワインはお部屋までスタッフがお届けいたします♪

STEP３
ご回答いただいた内容をスタッフがチェック！！
Once we confirm them, we will send you an invoice. *At this stage, your booking is not yet complete.
STEP４
Please check the invoice we send to the email address you gave us, and complete the payment by one week before your check-in date.
STEP 5
Once the payment is complete, your booking for the surprise options is confirmed!!
Please travel safely when you come on the day.
CHECK POINT！
- If you apply for extra balloons or garlands (except for bring-your-own decoration plans) and ask our staff to decorate them in your room, an extra decoration fee of 1,800 yen will be charged.
- Please note that we cannot accept any cancellations or refunds after payment has been made, for any reason.
- Please complete your application and payment by one week before your check-in date.
- Only for extra balloons, you can choose the color of the balloons.
