This time, we are fortunate to have invited the duo from Inoue Ohana, who are active nationwide, to perform a live show at the ESTINATE LOUNGE NAHA, our hotel’s restaurant. It’s been quite a while since they performed live in Okinawa, and both of them are eagerly looking forward to it.

■Inoue Ohana <Original Island Reggae & Hawaiian Band>
In 2010, Kathie Inoue and Keni Inoue (formerly of Yuyake Gakudan ~ guitarist for Sandy and Sunsetts) formed a band with Ohana (friends and family) from Hawaii and Japan. In the same year, they released the album “IslandBlend.”
The band performs original island reggae songs and collaborates with hula dancers to present unique Hawaiian songs. Currently, they are a Hawaiian and island reggae band that cherishes the aloha smile. They actively engage in live performances, including the “Happy Island Tour” covering all of Japan from Aomori in the north to Okinawa in the south, collaborations with Ohana from various regions (hula and slack-key guitarists) and tours participating in Hawaiian festivals. They are also planning tours in Hawaii. They are energetically expanding their live activities throughout Japan, with a focus on the Kanto region.
