Decorate your room the way you want!
At Lively Hotels, you are free to decorate your room regardless of the plan.
You can decorate your room in any way you like, from balloon decorations and flower petals to extra tables and chairs that can accommodate a party of 3 or 4.
Why not make your special day even more special by arranging the space?
We will provide you with decorating guidelines, but if you have any requests for the kind of decorations you would like to have, our staff will be happy to consult with you.
We love seeing what guests bring into our rooms! Some have filled the space with balloons and other festive decorations, while others have arranged their partner’s favorite flowers throughout the room. All in all, it’s a great way to make your stay extra special!
Prepare the room in advance
Preparing a surprise takes more time than you think…
Normal hotel check-in time is 3 pm. But sometimes, that’s not enough to prepare everything on time…
If you’re planning a surprise and want to prepare everything for your guests, but think you’ll not have enough time to pull it off, we offer a service that allows you to enter the room from 1:00 pm.

※Please note that you will only be allowed to enter the room in advance to decorate it, so please leave immediately after the decoration is complete and check in as usual later.
Extra options for special occasions
Depending on your chosen facility, Lively Hotels’ surprise plans come with extra options appropriate for your special occasions. It could be a bottle of champagne for a toast, a gift bouquet, balloon decorations, etc.
