These drinks were thoughtfully created by our staff with a specific goal in mind: “A drink that even first-time bar visitors can enjoy with ease.” We’ve focused on gentle, approachable flavors that are perfect for those who aren’t heavy drinkers or are unfamiliar with bar culture. Ruby Red Daiquiri

This fruit cocktail features the rare “Ruby Red Kiwi,” available only during the spring season. We’ve captured its jewel-like crimson color and elegant, berry-like sweetness into a daiquiri, wrapped in the rich aroma of rum. While many might not associate kiwi with spring, the Ruby Red variety is a fleeting seasonal treasure. We hope this drink introduces you to a whole new world of fruit cocktail flavors.

Spring Fruit Tea Soda

A mocktail bursting with fruit and floral notes. We’ve combined cherry and rose syrups with the elegant fragrance of Earl Grey tea. It’s a bright, refreshing drink that pairs perfectly with the spring breeze while relaxing on our terrace. Our staff designed this specifically to capture the “scent” of spring from a feminine perspective.
Spring Plum

A spring-inspired mocktail featuring the popular sweet-and-sour duo of plum and yuzu, balanced with a subtle hint of bitterness from grapefruit. The light carbonation dances on the tongue, while pieces of “karikari ume” (crunchy plum) add a fun, rhythmic texture. Its lovely colors are a perfect match for the spring sunlight—you’ll definitely want to snap a photo before your first sip.

One of the most popular ways to enjoy Bar Ignis Sapporo is at our Rooftop Terrace. Gather around the large fire pit and roast marshmallows to your perfect level of gooey goodness to create your own “S’mores.”
Combine melting marshmallows and chocolate with your favorite toppings to create a personalized treat. There’s nothing quite like pairing a warm, toasted S’more with one of our chilled spring cocktails under the Sapporo sky.
