Thank you for choosing a hotel operated by our company.

We have confirmed that suspicious WhatsApp messages have been sent to some guests with reservations at our hotels. These messages impersonate our hotels or online booking platforms and ask recipients to enter their credit card details or complete a payment procedure.

Some messages may include the hotel name or details related to an actual reservation. However, we will never ask guests through WhatsApp or other messaging apps to access an external website or enter their credit card information.

If you receive a suspicious message, please take the following precautions:

  • Please do not open any URLs or links included in the message.
  • Please do not enter your credit card details or personal information.
  • Please do not reply to the message.
  • Please do not contact any phone number provided in the message.

If you have already entered your credit card information, please contact your card issuer immediately and ask about appropriate measures, including suspending or replacing your card. We also recommend checking your recent transactions for any unauthorized charges.

We are currently investigating the cause and scope of the incident in cooperation with the relevant system providers and online booking platforms. If further information requiring public disclosure becomes available, we will provide an update on our official website.

If you receive a suspicious message, please retain a screenshot of the message, the sender’s phone number, and the date and time it was received, and contact the official inquiry desk of the hotel where you made your reservation.

We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this situation may cause.
