To celebrate its 10th anniversary, ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA is hosting a special two-day event on August 9 (Saturday) and 10 (Sunday), 2025, called “ISLAND CHAMPURU ESTINATE HOTEL 10th ANNIVERSARY.” The event will bring together artists, shops, and friends the hotel has connected with over the past decade, all centered around the vibrant theme of “flowers.”
As part of the celebration, illustrator Atsushi Takeuchi will hold a special exhibition inside the hotel from August 9 (Saturday) to August 19 (Tuesday).
During the event, guests can immerse themselves in Okinawa’s colorful, eclectic culture with live music, art displays, and delicious food. Explore handmade goods and accessories for sale, join a leather craft workshop, attend a coffee seminar, or enjoy unique flower-inspired menu items.
Admission is free, making it easy for locals and non-staying guests alike to drop by. Whether you’re with family, friends, or exploring solo, come be part of this one-of-a-kind summer celebration!

Enjoy beautiful dishes made with edible flowers. The “Flower Cheesecake” features a sunflower seed tart base, expressing the theme “from seed to bloom,” using edible flowers from Yosa Farm in Okinawa.
The “Bouquet Tacos” is filled with colorful vegetables and edible flowers on original taco meat, resembling a vibrant bouquet. These visually striking dishes add a special touch to your experience.
・Complimentary Underwater-Aged Awamori – A 10th anniversary gift
Awamori, a traditional Okinawan spirit, continues to age even after bottling. Long-aged varieties are known as “kusu,” offering mellow and deep flavors. Though normally aged in dark, cool places, aging underwater can enhance its aroma and complexity.
In the summer of 2021, ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA submerged awamori bottles in a cave 30 meters beneath the ocean in Onna Village. Now fully aged, this special underwater-aged awamori will be served free of charge to 50 guests per day during the event.
Enjoy a unique drink born from time and the sea, and savor Okinawa’s nature and culture.
