[Event Report] ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA Marks 10 Years with the ISLAND CHAMPURU Anniversary Celebration
ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA Turned 10!
On August 7, 2025, we officially hit our first big milestone — our 10th anniversary!
Every year we celebrate with an anniversary event, but this time we went all out with a two-day festival on August 9 and 10, themed around “Flower.” From floral-inspired food and drink to blooming art, music, and workshops, the entire hotel was filled with sights, sounds, and experiences rooted in the beauty of flowers.
Over the past decade, we’ve grown step by step — and it’s all thanks to our wonderful guests, local collaborators, and everyone who has supported ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA along the way.
In this article, we’ll take you through Day 2 of the celebration and introduce the artists, performers, and shops who helped us make it unforgettable.

We also held a simultaneous exhibition, “10 Champuru,” centered on the theme of “Flower.”
It was the third exhibition at ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA. The DJs were our regulars for ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA events, DJ Funnel and DJ NA-GA.
For the 8th-anniversary event, he produced the limited MIX “WALK ABOUT,” and this was his 4th appearance at an event at ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA.
From July to August, he also selected the limited in-house playlist “Flower,” which played inside the hotel.
Since our 3rd-anniversary event at ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA, he has appeared regularly. He joins us at key moments and has supported us for a long time.
The interior decorations were created by878.
We set up a flower arch at the entrance.
Following the theme, they handled decorations from the entrance through the interior.

He drew portraits for 63 people over the two days.
At the inf.leather booth, they held workshops for coin cases, bookmarks, and key holders!
Guests stamped their favorite letters and shapes into leather to make original items!
878, who handled the interior decorations, also offered fresh flowers and flower-themed goods!
Some items sold out, and it was a big success.
Their shop is in Okinawa City, about 30–40 minutes by car from ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA.。
Chula is known for eye-catching pipe-cleaner flowers.
Combine them to make bouquets that never wilt.
The shop is “Flower city gift,” a flower shop in Oroku, Naha City.
From jagua tattoos that fade in about two weeks to full tattoos.
Their booth was lively the whole time!
Following last December’s event, this was their second time to join us.
The studio is along Kokusai-dori.

Although the shop staff could not attend, they set up a booth.
They are based on Tokashiki Island. It was a rare chance to get their products on the main island.
Candles filled with the spirit of Okinawa make stylish souvenirs.

When you buy a plant, they also provide care notes, so even beginners can feel at ease.

On August 9 only, they held a workshop!
Using the July–August limited “Flower Blend,” they spoke under the theme “Bean to Brew” about the journey of one cup of coffee—from the producers to us—along with tastings.
We have been grateful to Mr. Yamada since our opening.
Because he visits the producing regions himself, he could share real stories about the places and the producers.
On the terrace, our chef set up a booth to sell Mexican street food made with snack foods and zenzai (sweet red-bean soup).
Also on the terrace, we served awamori that has been aging under the sea since 2021, which we planned to raise at the timing of the 10th anniversary.
The 10th Anniversary event took place over two days.
Many people came to visit!
From first-time participants to friends who have joined us many times, the exhibitors and performers truly embodied the connections of ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA that have colored these ten years.
We believe the guests who came were able to feel ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA for themselves.
