This treat features cookie choux pastry infused with sanpin tea, filled with housemade sanpin tea ice cream, pineapple, and custard whipped cream.
Presented on a plate designed to evoke rocky ocean reefs, the dessert is adorned with dried pineapple resembling tropical flowers, cookie crumbles scattered like white sand beaches, and cool amber sugar styled as sea glass. Each bite brings new surprises as the crispy choux texture meets the melt-in-your-mouth ice cream and the satisfying crunch of amber sugar. Drizzle with sanpin syrup to enhance the floral aroma even further.

Made with mild awamori as a base, layered with depth from acerola and lime acidity, and scented with housemade sanpin tea syrup. The vanilla-like sweet aroma characteristic of awamori pairs beautifully with the creaminess of the sanpin choux ice.
“Ocean Breeze Sanpin Tea” (Non-alcoholic) |¥500 (tax included)：
A milk tea combining richly brewed sanpin tea with milk. Blue curaçao settles at the bottom of the glass, creating a vivid gradient reminiscent of Okinawan seas. The full-bodied flavor of sanpin tea and the refreshing coolness of fresh mint harmonize perfectly with the gentle sweetness of the sanpin choux ice. Add housemade sanpin tea syrup to taste.
