“Tankan and Dark Chocolate Mousse”– 600 yen (tax included)
This mousse uses winter seasonal tankan generously. The refreshing sweetness of tankan and the slight bitterness of dark chocolate overlap beautifully, spreading both richness and freshness in your mouth. Its bright appearance makes it perfect for Valentine’s Day or other special moments. You can also enjoy a change in flavor by adding tankan sauce.
