Our Signature Burger: Made with Jersey Beef from Sekiya Farm, Hokkaido
Have you ever tried Jersey beef? While it’s usually known for its rich dairy products, the meat itself is a hidden treasure—lean, packed with flavor, and incredibly rare.
Because it’s hardly ever seen on the market, Jersey beef is often called “special meat only a few know about.” At Graphic Grill & Bar, we use it generously in our signature burger, so you can savor this rare flavor in every bite.
② Classic Beef Cheeseburger
This is the classic hamburger!
The Classic Beef Cheeseburger lets you enjoy the juiciness of the beef to the fullest.

③ Vegan Burger
This Vegan Burger does not use any dairy products!
