Two-Day-Only: HOTEL GRAPHY SHIBUYA Unveils Christmas Dinner Course with Specialty Pairings
Graphic Grill & Bar, the restaurant inside HOTEL GRAPHY SHIBUYA, will offer a special dinner course exclusively for the Christmas holidays on December 24 and 25.
Reservations are now open on major gourmet platforms as well as on our official website.
Make your Christmas night special with this dinner plan, and enjoy an unforgettable time.
The amuse features “Lohikeitto,” a Nordic-style salmon cream soup arranged with a modern touch.
The course continues with a colorful terrine as the cold appetizer, followed by scallops topped with a rich sabayon for the warm appetizer.
For the fish dish, guests can enjoy a lobster-filled cannelloni gratin, and the main course showcases grilled Yamagata beef, offering exceptional tenderness and a refined aroma with every bite.
The café course concludes the evening with our house-made Stollen and a Rose Snow Dome Dessert, a visually striking creation that looks almost like a piece of art.
This dinner course is ideal for a romantic Christmas date or a memorable evening with close friends.
Guests may also select our Bar Plan, which includes two drinks of your choice from the bar menu for an additional 2,000 yen (tax included).
