[Event Report] Music, Art & Spirit: A Look Back at THE FUKUOKA Countdown Event

On December 31, 2025, we celebrated the end of the year with a spectacular countdown event titled “Nakasu Yuenya – THE FUKUOKA –.”

2025 was an incredible, stimulating year, and we couldn’t have done it without your amazing support. To wrap up the year in style, we brought together music, art, and gourmet food under the theme of “THE FUKUOKA.” With around 450 guests joining us, the night was filled with electric energy from start to finish!

Whether you were there to celebrate with us and want to relive the memories, or you couldn’t make it and want to see what the vibe was like, here is our official event report.

Drink & Food

We were honored to welcome a very special guest bartender all the way from Ehime: Masahiro Ietsune, the owner of the cocktail bar “ANCHOR” and the creator of the popular YouTube channel “Professional SAKE School.”

For this night only, he served exclusive cocktails made with plum wine (umeshu) from Asakura, Fukuoka. The crowd cheered every time he performed his bar skills behind the counter! There was a constant line of people either filming his performance or waiting to taste these limited-edition drinks, adding to the incredible heat and excitement of the venue.

For food, we served a menu inspired by local Fukuoka flavors, including Oden made with a rich “Mizutaki” (chicken hot pot) broth, pork belly skewers, and traditional soba noodles. We are happy to report that every dish was a hit and completely sold out!

Music

We set up a DJ booth right inside our first-floor bar counter, where four talented local DJs (SxuNx2, JAMMY, S.SHOWTA, and Yas Sun Bunch) took turns at the decks. They expressed the unique “Fukuoka culture” through their music, bringing the entire venue together in a massive celebration.

Art

Three artists—谷週,QP and 晴如—performed live painting during the event. Their art evolved in real-time, responding to the music and the atmosphere of the room. By capturing the charm of Fukuoka through their brushes, they added a vibrant and colorful layer to the night.

We also welcomed Miki Nakajima, a calligrapher and Shinto priest, for a powerful live calligraphy performance. As everyone watched in silence and awe, she poured her strength and soul into every brushstroke. It was an overwhelming display of expression that truly captivated the crowd.

Then came the countdown. As we transitioned into the new year, the energy in the room reached its absolute peak. It was a perfectly timed, dramatic moment that became the highlight of the night—a scene that will surely stay in our guests’ memories as the perfect start to 2026!
