From Tuesday, December 2 to Thursday, December 25, 2025, our all-day dining restaurant THE LIVELY KITCHEN FUKUOKA HAKATA will be serving a special Christmas dinner course. Reservations opened today, Thursday, September 18, so be sure to book early.

To make the season even more festive, our THE LIVELY BAR FUKUOKA HAKATA will also be offering limited-edition Christmas cocktails from Saturday, November 1 through December 25.

A Christmas Dinner Perfect for a Special Night


At THE LIVELY KITCHEN FUKUOKA HAKATA, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, we serve modern Japanese-Italian cuisine that blends Japanese ingredients and dishware with Italian cooking techniques. Each dish is carefully arranged on traditional Japanese plates, showcasing the chef’s creativity and the essence of each season in a unique and trend-conscious way. Beyond flavor, the presentation style and the story behind each dish are part of the appeal. With a unique menu and casual service, we offer a dining experience full of surprises and discoveries. For this Christmas, we have prepared a special full-course dinner where you can experience both the harmony of Japanese and Italian elements as well as the festive spirit of Christmas.

After appetizers, warm dishes, pasta, and a fish course, the meat course features Hokkaido Nemuro venison carefully selected by the chef, served as “Venison and Beets.” Each plate, beautifully presented on Japanese tableware, creates a memorable moment. To close the course, enjoy a dessert inspired by a swan resting on a winter lake, a smooth white chocolate mousse paired with the light texture of meringue.

After enjoying a luxurious dinner, relax with Christmas limited cocktails at the hotel bar. Savor your drink in a surreal space where digital signage art and lighting combine, enhancing the festive night even further.

“Butterscotch Mocha”(left):A nostalgic yet fresh cocktail that expresses the childhood longing for the freedom of adulthood. Made with rum, butter, caramel, and egg white, it has a soft sweetness and dreamy mouthfeel. Earl Grey tea leaves and yuzu peel add a pleasant aroma and refreshing note.

“Noir Mocha” (right): A cocktail expressing the quietness of Christmas Eve night and adult playfulness, based on dark beer. Combining chocolate and vanilla ice cream, the sweetness blends with the beer’s bitterness, creating a complex and profound flavor. Topped with homemade matcha chocolate with nuts, it also delights visually.

Born in 1975 in Kumamoto Prefecture, he began his culinary journey after graduating from Nakamura Culinary School. His career started at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka, where he honed his skills before gaining further experience at various Italian restaurants and large-scale dining establishments. His expertise led him to serve as the Executive Chef at a prominent dining venue in Fukuoka. In 2019, with the opening of THE LIVELY KITCHEN FUKUOKA HAKATA, he took on the role of head chef.
