To connect with our most loyal fans in real life, LIVELY HOTELS is launching a special new fan event series called EXPLORE LIVELY Meetup. This event is our way of saying thank you—and a chance to build something together with you.

We’re looking for people who want more than just a stay—people who are ready to join us in updating our hotel brand through deeper, more meaningful experiences.

Event Overview

  • Name: EXPLORE LIVELY Meetup vol.1
  • Date: Sunday, June 22, 2025 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Location: THE LIVELY TOKYO AZABUJUBAN – Lounge 2F
  • Admission: Free (includes light snacks and drinks)
  • Capacity: Up to 20 participants (advance registration required / lottery system)
  • Eligibility: Guests who have previously stayed at a LIVELY HOTELS property

* Please note that this event will be conducted entirely in Japanese. We recommend participation for those comfortable with the language.

What to Expect

EXPLORE LIVELY Meetup is a three-part series of in-person events. In this first session, we’ll be sharing the story behind LIVELY HOTELS and the passion our staff puts into daily service. It’s a chance for you to connect with fellow fans and our hotel team by swapping your favorite memories and personal stories about your stays.

Vol.1 focuses on the past—the origin and founding spirit of our brand.
Vol.2 will spotlight the present, taking you behind the scenes of our plans and events.
Vol.3 will look to the future, where we’ll dream up new ideas together.

Each event includes time to chat with staff and a hotel tour, so you can truly experience what makes LIVELY HOTELS special.

This first meetup is just the beginning of a journey we hope to build with you. The stories and connections we create here will help shape the future of our hotels—and we can’t wait to grow this brand together.

You’ll be asked to select your preferred session, share your stay history, and describe a memorable experience from your stay (optional). If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, participants will be selected by lottery. Winners will be notified approximately one week before the event.
