Inspired by the idea of a private flower-viewing experience, we present the “HANA Me Bento” afternoon tea, served on a mat designed to look like green grass. It features a vivid lineup of treats combining local ingredients like Yame Matcha and Amaou strawberries with modern trends. From traditional three-color dango (rice dumplings) to tiramisu, canelés, and terrines, you can enjoy a variety of textures and colors all in one box.

■ “Three-color Dango Smoothie”: A Delightful New Texture

Our cafe drink features a three-layered luxury smoothie with the theme of a “drinkable dango.” The base is a rich matcha milk, topped with a cherry blossom (sakura) ice smoothie made with dango and sakura ice for a “chewy yet melting” texture. Sparkling jelly and sakura syrup add the perfect finishing touch. Topped with a three-color dango, this drink offers a brand-new sensation that goes beyond a standard beverage.

■ Two Cocktails to Fully Enjoy Spring

“Yozakura Operator”: A refreshing blend of white wine and ginger ale, luxuriously topped with champagne jelly. Salted cherry blossoms and edible flowers float in the glass, capturing the essence of spring. Watch the magical color transformation as butterfly pea syrup is poured in, changing the colors like a cherry blossom at night.

“Strawberry & Peach Sakura Sparkling”: Nectar, sakura puree, strawberries, and sparkling wine come together to enhance each other’s sweetness, filling your mouth with a fresh, juicy flavor. A foam placed on an orange chip is garnished with shiso flowers, creating a dignified beauty that looks like a miniature cherry blossom tree in your hand.

The dish, “Chicken Confit with Sweet Potato and Saffron Sauce,” features fragrant chicken confit paired with a sweet potato velouté sauce and saffron, a spice long associated with “love” since ancient times.
