Standard hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM. However, we know that sometimes that doesn’t leave enough time to set up a surprise. For those guests, we offer a service that allows you to enter the room from 1:00 PM to prepare your decorations and surprise.

A major anniversary deserves a preparation process filled with thought and care. In response to guests who feel that “starting at 3:00 PM is too late,” this service allows you to enter early and build your surprise carefully. Why not take the time to create an extraordinary atmosphere that you normally wouldn’t experience? Once the decorations are complete, we ask that you promptly exit the room and check in again at the standard time.
