From THE LIVELY OSAKA HONMACHI to the Kaiyukan, all it takes is one train!
Take the Chuo Line from Sakaisuji Honmachi station to Osakako Station,
and from exit 1 it’s just a 5 minute walk.

This stunning new exhibit recreates the vibrant ecosystem of the Great Barrier Reef, the world’s largest coral reef, located off the northeastern coast of Australia.

Right next to the Kaiyukan, there are plenty of spots where you can enjoy the best of the Osaka Bay area!
・Naniwa Kuishinbo Yokocho（Retro themed food court inspired by the Showa era）
Right next to the Kaiyukan is the Naniwa Kuishinbo Yokocho; a Showa inspired retro themed food court.
Once you step inside Yokocho, you can immediately experience the nostalgic streetscape of the Osaka downtown area during the Showa period over 40 years ago.
