At UNWIND HOTEL & BAR OTARU, our in-house restaurant The Ball Otaru invites you to enjoy a Christmas dinner worthy of closing out the year in elegance. Spend a heartwarming evening with your loved ones in a romantic setting illuminated by the soft glow of century-old stained glass.

This year’s Christmas dinner features an elegant upgrade to last year’s popular high-tea style appetizers. Amuse-bouche and assorted starters will be presented beautifully on a high tea stand, a signature presentation also beloved during breakfast service. The vibrant colors and inviting aromas create a refined, festive ambiance at your table.

The course lineup showcases dishes as visually delightful as they are flavorful. Highlights include a fragrant onion soup baked in pastry with foie gras and porcini mushrooms, and Ezo abalone coated in herb breadcrumbs served with Otaru white wine sauce — a true celebration of Hokkaido’s winter bounty.

Our in-house wine advisor has carefully tasted and selected the perfect wines to complement each course.
