At Bar Ignis Sapporo, we celebrate every season with original cocktails — and this autumn, we’ve crafted something special. Our limited-time autumn menu features two cocktails inspired by classic fall ingredients, paired with fluffy sweet potatoes slow-roasted over an open flame.

Apple and Chestnut Whiskey Mule
Based on mellow apple and chestnut liqueur, it combines richly fragrant whiskey, refreshing apple juice, and a pleasantly dry ginger ale.
The sweetness of the apple and the richness of the chestnut blend beautifully with the whiskey, creating a refreshing taste with a deep flavor.
The glass is decorated with autumn leaves that look like they are floating on the water, and glittering gold leaf adds a touch of elegance, making it a visually stunning drink.
Recommended as an aperitif or as a finishing touch after a meal.

Purple Sweet Potato Latte
A hot cocktail made by carefully blending thick sweet potato liqueur and vibrant purple sweet potato syrup with fragrant roasted green tea and milk.

To finish, it is topped with a fluffy cream foam, crunchy crushed sweet potato chips, and elegant purple sweet potato powder. The texture changes with each sip, and the aroma of roasted green tea creates an exquisite harmony.

Bar Ignis Sapporo’s rooftop terrace offers an experiential hot dessert experience, finished over a bonfire. This is a sweet treat that sweet potato lovers will love, made from sweet potato buns wrapped in sweet potato. You can enjoy the sweetness and aroma, the fluffy texture and the smooth feel all at once. Once it’s golden brown, it’s ready to eat. Enjoy it around the campfire.
