THE LIVELY FUKUOKA HAKATA gives you the opportunity to taste extraordinary sweets based on different themes for each season. Several media outlets and national television shows have even featured the hotel as a desert oasis.
This winter’s theme is “Emotion x Mode = EMODE”.
This time, the hotel has decided to reinterpret the Monaka, one of the most popular Japanese confections. The menu combines two types of sweets: “An-Butter,” a winter favorite, and Matcha, an iconic Japanese sweet, are featured on the menu. Besides tasting and feeling different from traditional Monaka, the stylish and innovative visuals are also pleasing and inspiring.

Rusk, whip, caramel, caramel ice cream, red bean paste, butter, monaca, shiratama, and kuromitsu.
