Lunch Course “Fuku” ¥2,800 (tax included)

This 6-course lunch menu features seasonal ingredients such as Pacific saury and chestnuts, offering a vibrant and flavorful autumn dining experience.
One of the highlights is the “Canned Pacific Saury,” a playful and creative dish that turns traditional expectations on their head. Presented in a glass container designed to resemble a can, this unique interpretation of saury captures the taste of autumn in a refined and elegant style.
The “Homemade Gnocchi Bolognese” pairs soft, chewy gnocchi with a rich and flavorful Bolognese sauce. The dish and tableware are coordinated in similar hues, creating a beautiful gradient reminiscent of autumn foliage, offering a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
The “Roasted Autumn Salmon” is simply roasted to highlight the flavor of the seasonal fish, paired with a colorful sauce made from leafy greens like garland chrysanthemum and spinach. This dish offers a vibrant presentation and highlights the umami of salmon at its peak.

Dinner Course “Akaneiro” ¥6,500 (tax included)

This emotional 8-course dinner menu is inspired by the warm tones of an autumn sunset.
The amuse, served as the first dish of the course, shows the soft colors of an autumn sky at sunset. It is presented in a way that feels like watching the sun go down, making it a perfect start to the meal.
Another autumnal dish is “Withered Tree and Tuna,” which features a thin pie crust resembling dead trees, topped with seasonal tuna and colorful vegetables, creating a scene reminiscent of flowers blooming on autumn trees. This dish captures the fleeting beauty of the season and the essence of life in every bite. The entire course offers not only rich flavors, but a visually and emotionally moving dining experience.

Chef Yasushi Nakamura

Born in 1975 in Kumamoto Prefecture, he began his culinary journey after graduating from Nakamura Culinary School. His career started at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka, where he honed his skills before gaining further experience at various Italian restaurants and large-scale dining establishments. His expertise led him to serve as the Executive Chef at a prominent dining venue in Fukuoka. In 2019, with the opening of THE LIVELY KITCHEN FUKUOKA HAKATA, he took on the role of head chef.
