The dinner course takes inspiration from cherry blossoms, expressing the deepening of spring through different expressions in each dish. Chef Yasutomo Nakamura

Born in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1975. Attended Nakamura Culinary School. After graduation, began his culinary career at Grand Hyatt Fukuoka. He then gained experience at Italian restaurants and large-scale dining establishments, eventually serving as Fukuoka Executive Chef at a major dining venue. Appointed Head Chef at THE LIVELY KITCHEN FUKUOKA HAKATA when it opened in 2019.
