From February 16 (Mon) to March 22 (Sun), 2026, we are offering a special stay plan and limited-edition menu inspired by the vibrant mimosa flower.

We’ve designed a special stay plan that lets you experience the “Festa Della Donna” tradition during your time at slash kawasaki. Based on the theme “A small gift of mimosas for your daily life,” this plan includes a palm-sized mimosa bouquet to give to someone special, an original clear EVA pouch containing mimosa-scented hand care amenities, and a signature mimosa cocktail to enjoy at our first-floor bar.
The mimosa bouquet, bursting with that signature “happy yellow” color, is purposefully kept to a compact size. This way, it can brighten up your guest room during your stay and easily fit into your bag to take home after check-out. The stylish, water-resistant clear pouch comes with hand cream and nail oil, allowing you to carry the gentle scent of mimosas with you wherever you go.
You can use the projector found in every room to display your favorite videos or photos, creating the perfect backdrop for a photoshoot with your bouquet. Or, head down to the bar to share a cocktail and a good conversation. At our first-floor “slash cafe & bar kawasaki,” we are introducing a new lunch dish inspired by a mimosa bouquet: “Chicken Confit with Sweet Potato and Saffron Sauce.” We’ve expressed the image of blooming mimosas on a plate by pairing crispy chicken confit with a velouté sauce made from sweet potatoes and saffron—a spice famously linked to “love” since ancient times. The sauce, which blends the natural sweetness of the potato with the aromatic scent of saffron, not only highlights the savory chicken but also pairs perfectly with a side of baguette.
