We offer three types of balloon sets, so you can pick the one that best fits the person you’re surprising and the atmosphere you want to create.

1. Flower Balloon Set
Set Contents
- 3 daisy balloons
- 7 round balloons (orange, white, pastel orange – randomly selected)
- Garland (HAPPY BIRTHDAY or HAPPY ANNIVERSARY)
- Illumination lights (rental item)
＊ Only the round balloons can be color-customized.

2. Anniversary Number Balloon Set

- 1 to 2 number balloons
- Garland (HAPPY BIRTHDAY)
- Illumination lights (rental item)
＊ Color customization is not available. All items are provided by the hotel.

3. Heart Balloon Set

- 2 heart-shaped balloons (choose two colors from pink, white, black)
- 8 round balloons (pink, white, metallic pink, clear glitter)

- Illumination lights (rental item)
＊ Only the round balloons (except the clear glitter ones) can be customized.

Two Ways to Use the Balloon Sets
1. Let Our Staff Do the Decorating for You (Service Fee: ¥2,000)
- Our staff will set up the decorations in your room before check-in, so you can enjoy a surprise without lifting a finger.
- If you bring a gift in advance, we’ll place it in the room with the balloons.
2. DIY Decoration with Just the Balloon Set
- You can purchase the balloon set only and decorate the room yourself. Add your own items for a fully custom experience! Balloon pumps are also available for rent.
- You can enter your room in advance for decoration between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM free of charge. If you would like to prepare before the 3:00 PM check-in time, please call the hotel to make arrangements.
- ＊ After decoration is complete, please leave the room by 3:00 PM and return for check-in after that time.

- Balloon Decoration Set (any type): ¥2,000 (tax included)
- Decoration Service Fee: ¥2,000 (tax included)
＊ Example: If you want our staff to decorate for you (so the room is ready when you arrive):

→ Total: ¥4,000 (tax included)
＊ If you choose to decorate the room yourself, you can pick up your set at the front desk, or we can prepare it in your room beforehand. We also have balloon pumps and other tools available for rent.
