Important Information Regarding the Event
- Parking: Please be advised that the hotel’s on-site parking will be unavailable on the day of the event. Upon your arrival, our front desk staff will be pleased to direct you to our partner parking lot, located a five-minute walk away, or to other nearby public parking options.
- Complimentary Wine Service: Our regular complimentary wine service, usually held from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, will be relocated to the event venue. We invite you to enjoy a selection of beverages specially prepared by our bartenders, along with the vibrant atmosphere created by our DJ. For guests who would prefer to relax in their rooms, we will be offering a complimentary half-bottle of wine via room service for this day only.
- Bar Ignis on the 10th floor will be closed for regular business on the day of the event. Room service will also be suspended for our hotel guests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests who had planned to use the service and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
