How often are the towels replaced?
Our daily routine includes room cleaning, replenishing amenities, and replacing towels.
Can I use the hotel without staying the whole night?
Day-use plans are available from 9am to 9pm, or from 12pm to 12am.
Can items purchased on the Internet be delivered to the hotel in advance?
Parcel received in advance will be kept at the front desk. Please indicate on the label the date of your stay, the full name of the person who made the reservation, and include the hotel address in the mailing address. If you have additional question regarding parcels, please contact us directly.
Can I check out late at night or early in the morning?
A card key return box is available at the front counter after front desk hours. By using our Mobile check-out service, you can settle the room and complete the check-out procedure using your smartphone, so you can leave the room anytime by simply putting the card key in the dedicated return box located on the 1st floor.
When does complimentary beverage service begin?
Free beers are served to guests on the ground floor everyday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
What kind of beer do you serve during the free beer service?
Kirin's Heartland Beer is served during the free beer service.
Can you tell me more about the hotel's security measures for outsiders?
No one except guests can stay inside the hotel after 22:00. Security cameras have also been installed throughout the property.
Are non-alcoholic drinks included in the free drink service? Do you have any drinks for children?
You can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, herbal tea, and cocoa in the 10F lounge available 24 hours a day.
I was planning to stay alone, but I'd like to invite another person. Are there any additional charges?
An additional charge of 1,000yen will be charged per person. If breakfast is requested, an additional breakfast fee of 1,200yen will be charged.
Is it okay to leave the hotel after midnight?
The front door will be automatically locked between 1am and 6am, so please bring your room key with you. At the entrance, hold your card key over the sensor below the intercom to enter the building.
What are the typical hotel guests?
80% of our guests are in their 20s, 10% are in their 30s, and the rest are in other age groups.
What should I do if I forgot something in the hotel?

Is it possible to issue multiple room keys?
Room card keys are usually issued per room, up to the number of guests.
Can I let a guest who isn't staying with me into the room?
If you would like to invite a guest to your room, please inform the front desk. We will need to settle the additional number of guests if your guest will be staying overnight.
Is the front desk available 24 hours a day?
Our front desk is not open from 1:00am to 7:00am, but we have staff on duty 24 hours a day if you need assistance. If you need to speak with a member of staff, please use the doorbell at the front desk.
What is the standard check-in and check-out time?
You may check in from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and check out by 11:00 am on the day of departure. However, check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the room type or plan you are booked into, so please confirm in advance the details of your reservation plan.
Is it possible to check in early?
If you wish to check in early, we charge a fee of 1,000 yen per hour per room. Please note that early check-ins are subject to availability, so please inquire in advance.
Can I leave my luggage at the front desk before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at our front desk if it does not contain valuables or fragile items. Your luggage can be accepted from 7:00am on the day of check-in, until 11:00pm on the day of check-out.
Do I need to show my ID at check-in?
No identification is required to check in. However, the hotel requires the written consent of a parent or guardian for those under 18 staying alone.
Does the room charge get settled at check-in?
We offer a variety of payment methods. If you select the Onsite Payment option, payment is due at check-in. Our Mobile Check-in option allows you to provide payment information, fill out your information online, and receive all hotel information ahead of time.
Is it possible to send my luggage in advance to the hotel?
Luggage received in advance will be kept at the front desk. Please indicate the date of your stay, the full name of the person who made the reservation, and include the hotel address in the mailing address. If you have additional question regarding luggage, please contact us directly.
Do I get any special benefits if I stay on my birthday or anniversary?
Our front desk will prepare a small gift for you if you stay on your birthday.
How often are the rooms cleaned for consecutive nights?
A simple cleaning will be performed between 10:00 and 15:00 on consecutive nights. In addition to collecting trash and replacing amenities, we will also replace linens. Long-stay guests will have their linen changed on the fourth and eighth days of their stay. A linen change fee of 1,000 yen can be charged if you wish to have your linens changed at other times.
Do you allow late check-outs?
Late check-out is available at ¥1,000 per extra hour, depending on availability. The usual check-out time is 11:00 AM, and late check-out is available until 1:00 PM. We recommend contacting us in advance if you would like to extend your check-out time.
Please note that Twin Rooms and Superior Twin Rooms may not be available for late check-out, as these types of rooms are limited.
Can I have the room service and restaurant charges directly to my credit card?
When you check-in, you can register your credit card and use it to request room service, paid amenities, and refreshments at the hotel. Any charges for these will be billed directly to your room.
What should I do if I am late for check-in?
If you are running late for the check-in time you have previously indicated, no special notice is required. However, please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive after midnight.
Is it possible to upgrade my room?
You can upgrade your room for an additional fee, subject to availability. The upgrade fee varies depending on the date of your stay.
What credit cards do you accept?
For local payment, the following credit cards are accepted: JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX, Diners
Can a credit card be registered under a different name than the guest's?
Even if the name is different, there is no problem as long as the card can be used.
Why do I need to register my credit card at check-in?

・In case of a smoking violation in a guestroom.
Our hotel may charge the registered credit card if the customer incurs any compensation during his or her stay.

How long in advance can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation either online or by phone up to six months in advance. If you need to book beyond that period, please contact us directly for assistance.
Do I need to make a deposit?
There is no deposit required, but we ask that guests register with a credit card as a guarantee during their stay.
Do I need to register my credit card at check-in even if I have already paid by credit card on the reservation site?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but credit card information cannot be taken over from the reservation site. That is why we ask guests to register their credit card again at check-in.
I don't intend to use room service during my stay, do I still need to register my credit card?
All hotel guests are required to register their credit cards without distinction in case of damage, stains, or loss of equipment in the hotel room.
Is it possible to stay at the hotel without a prior reservation?
Yes, it is possible if there is any vacancy on that day. It is still highly recommended that you make a reservation in advance if possible.
Can I use a Debit Card to make a reservation?
We accept debit cards as well. The card can also be used to register during mobile check-in, but a refund will be processed after 1 yen is deducted to verify validity.
Is it possible to use PayPay, LINE PAY, or any other digital payment methods?
We offer digital and QR code payment options, and you can inquire about the details at our front desk.
Can I stay without a student ID card even though I made a reservation for a student plan?
To be eligible for the Student Plan, it is necessary to present a valid student ID card during check-in. If you fail to provide the required proof, the regular rate will be charged.
What if I want to change the date of my stay after making a reservation?
For reservations made via a third-party booking agency, please follow the procedure described on their website. Please follow the change procedure described in the confirmation email if you made a reservation via our official website, or contact us directly at 050-3187-8557.
Can a receipt be issued separately for accommodation and other charges?
As long as the payment has been processed, separate receipts can be issued.
What is your cancelation policy?
The hotel has a standard cancellation policy, but if there is a specific cancellation policy for the plan you have selected, that policy will take precedence over the standard policy. In general, the following cancellation policies apply:
- No charge if canceled up to 2 days prior to check-in
- 100% of the room charge if canceled the day before check-in
- 100% of the room charge if canceled on the day of check-in
- 100% of the room charge for no-shows.
Is it possible to book a room without a credit card?
The hotel allows guests to stay without a credit card, but please note that it may take longer to process your check-out.
Is it possible to get a paper receipt?
If you opt for Onsite Payment, a paper receipt can be obtained from the front desk. However, if payment was made during the reservation process, a receipt cannot be issued. To learn more, please get in touch with the website you used to make the reservation.
I'm staying with my friends. Can we have a room next to each other?
We are happy to accept requests from our guests, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill them. Depending on the type of room and availability, we may not be able to meet all of your expectations.
Can I adjust the temperature in my room?
It is possible to adjust the room temperature individually, and switch between heating and cooling in the rooms.
Do you have a DVD player?
DVD and Blu-ray players are available for rent for ￥1,000 per night.
Is it possible to decorate my room?
ou are welcome to decorate your room, as long as it does not cause any damage. If you require assistance with decorations, please let us know in advance. For special occasions such as surprises or anniversaries, we can arrange for decorations to be set up in advance or on your behalf. We offer rental options for balloons, garlands, and other decorations if you find it difficult to prepare them on your own. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I smoke in m room?
All of the guest rooms are non-smoking, so please refrain from smoking in them. A designated smoking area is available outside on the first floor of the hotel. A 10,000 yen penalty fee will be charged if illegal smoking is discovered in a guest room or in a place other than the designated smoking area.
Do you have pajamas?
All rooms are equipped with nightwear (pajamas). Do not hesitate to wear your nightwear to breakfast at the 1st-floor restaurant, as well as to the rooftop terrace on the 10th floor.
Can I call an outside massage service in my room?
We do not accept calls for massage services indoors.
Can I watch YouTube or Netflix on the TV in my room?
Each room is equipped with a projector and screen. Chromecast or HDMI cables can be used to connect smartphones or other devices to the projector.
Can I order Uber Eats at the hotel?
Yes. Nevertheless, we ask you to meet the driver yourself in the lobby or in front of the hotel.
Do you provide extra beds?
Unfortunately, we do not provide extra beds. Twin rooms with two beds in one room are wired for reclining, and we ask that you refrain from moving the beds by yourself.
Do you provide all the necessary cables for the Theater Room?
The following cables are available in the Theater Room: HDMI cable, HDMI to Lightning adapter, HDMI to C-type adapter, Chromecast/Android TV terminal.
Do you have any room where I can stay with my pet?
Unfortunately, we do not have pet-friendly rooms in our guest rooms, but pets are allowed on the terrace only when using the restaurant.
Can I watch other channels besides terrestrial digital broadcasting on the TV in your guest room?
We regret to inform you that the rooms do not have TV tuners. Instead, you can stream your own content to the screen using your own device.
Does the room have a phone?
Your room has a smartphone dedicated to internal calls.
Do you provide an hair dryer in the room?
The room is equipped with a Panasonic hair dryer (1200 watts).
Does the room have Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available in all rooms for free. We will provide you with access information on site.
Where can I store valuables?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that there is no safe available in the guest room.
Do you have hair irons available for loan?
Salonia 32mm hair irons (straight / 2-way ) are available. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on availability.
Is it possible to connect Apple TV in a room?
AppleTV or other devices can be connected to the HDMI terminal. All rooms are equipped with a video projector. Upon check-in, we will provide Chromecasts for casting over Wi-Fi, as well as HDMI cables for iPhones.
Do you have mineral water in the room?
We do not provide mineral water directly in the room, but mineral water bottles can be ordered for free via the Mobile Access function. The water server on the first floor is also available 24 hours a day.
Do you provide wake-up calls?
Wake-up calls are not provided, but our reclining beds are equipped with a special feature that automatically reclines to a sitting position when you wake up in the morning. A dedicated App installed on the phone in your room can be used to set the waking time.
Do you have skin care products?
Despite not being provided in the rooms, complimentary amenities and skin care sets can be purchased for a fee. During your stay, hair oil, hair mist, and body mist from Olive Yooung, a Korean cosmetics manufacturer, can be ordered for free at the front desk.
Can I choose a specific room or floor?
Requests can be accepted, but we cannot guarantee them. Depending on the type of room and availability, we may not be able to meet your expectations.
Can I rent a wine glass?
To ensure your safety, we can offer plastic wine glasses. If you have questions, please ask at the front desk or place your order via the Mobile Access fuction.

Is there a wired LAN available?
Unfortunately, there is no wired LAN provided in the room.
Can you bring rented items directly to my room?
Items will be delivered directly to your room. Please understand that the delivery may take some time depending on the situation.
Is there a room available that can accommodate three people?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate 3 people in one room. There is a maximum capacity of 2 adults in all rooms. The hotel will try to arrange rooms as close to each other as possible if you book two rooms. After check-in, you are free to come and go from your room.
Can I open the window in my room?
For safety reasons, it cannot be opened or closed beyond 2 to 5 cm.
Do you have rooms with ensuite bathtubs?
There is only one Superior Twin Room with ensuite bathtub available in the hotel. All other rooms have a shower booth only.
Can I rent out games such as playing cards?
We have a variety of entertainment syste, and games available for guests (Nintendo Switch, Trump cards, UNO, Jenga, Othello, etc.).
Can I request additional towels?
Yes, you can request additional towels free of charge. Requests can be made via your smartphone by accessing your Mobile Access account.
Will all items ordered via the Mobile Access service be automatically added to the room?
Items ordered via mobile access will automatically be placed in the room and billed to the credit card registered in advance.
Can I access it via an old phone?
Mobile Access is a service designed specifically to be used on smartphones. In spite of its possibility of working on older phones, it has not been tested for operability.
I'd like to use the mobile check-in system, but I'd like to pay cash. Is it possible to pay other than with a credit card?
The mobile check-in system only accepts credit cards. Please check in at the front desk if you would like to pay other than with a credit card.
Is it possible to separate the payment made via Mobile Access from the accommodation fee?
You can pay the room at check-in, and all in-building payments made via Mobile Access after that will be settled at the time of check-out.
What is Mobile Access?
Mobile Access is a convenient feature that allows guests to make various requests and orders with their smartphones. Cutlery and plates are available on the 10th floor. You are kindly asked to wash them in your room before returning them.

Dryers: 2 units. 100yen for the first 15 minutes, 100 yen for every additional 10 minutes.

Of course, you are free to come anytime without reservation. We still recommend calling to check before coming.
Do you have a baby chair? Can I bring my own baby food to feed my baby?
Unfortunately, we do not have any baby chairs available. It is fine to bring in your own baby food, and we can heat it up for you.
Is there any dress code?
There is no dress code in the hotel.
Can I use a credit card at the restaurant?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards, digital payments such as PayPay and LINE Pay, as well as QR code payments.
