In Osaka’s lifestyle hotel, THE LIVELY OSAKA HONMACHI, the February limited menu “a la daifuku? ～fondant au chocolat～” is now available. It features a fondant au chocolat wrapped in sweet bean paste and rolled with crepe dough, then baked until crispy on the surface. The appearance resembles a crepe, but inside, warm mochi and ganache melt like fondant au chocolat. The crepe dough uses high-purity black cocoa powder, providing a crisp and fragrant texture when baked. You can also enjoy variations in taste with moistly baked chocolate cake, strawberries, and raspberries as toppings. The “Chocola Show” features a rich hot chocolate where high-quality Darjeeling tea is melted into Royal Milk Tea, providing aromas of Darjeeling and hazelnuts, along with a soft creaminess.
