UNIWND HOTEL&BAR SAPPORO will set up the IESAUNA tent sauna on the hotel’s rooftop and hold a limited number of “totonou” events under the beautiful autumn sky. Saunas have been popular for some time now, but this event will offer a different sauna experience around a rooftop fire, one of the hotel’s main features, while allowing you to immerse yourself in an extraordinary lodge-like atmosphere in the heart of Sapporo. After taking a water bath or outdoor air bath in Sapporo’s autumn weather with an average minimum temperature of 5°C, visitors can warm up by the bonfire and enjoy “totoi time” while gazing at the flickering fire. Please feel free to join us if you like saunas, if you want to experience a sauna for the first time, if you want to make memories with friends you know well, or if you want a unique date experience.
Four-part program with a variety of scenes to choose from
This three-day event consists of three parts on the first day (two in the afternoon and one at night) and four parts on the second and third days (one in the morning, two in the afternoon and one at night). You can choose between the morning sauna to wake up refreshed in the clear morning air, the day sauna to enjoy the view of the autumn leaves of Mt Moiwa in the distance, or the romantic night sauna to enjoy the bonfire even more. Group bookings of up to 10 people per slot are also available, so you can reserve the rooftop with your work colleagues or club members.
Enjoy the hotel’s special sauna food and bar-quality drinks
Sauna rice and special drinks are an essential part of the sauna experience. A mouth-watering line-up that is perfect after a long day of sweating will be available. Please enjoy the hotel’s special limited-edition menu around the bonfire.
Food menu: Jar Jar Noodles / Sangwon Pork Loin Cutlet Curry / Homemade Gin with Shrimp Mayo / Charcoal Grill Style Yakitori Bowl, 900 yen (tax included)
Drinks: creative cocktails developed especially for the event by the bartenders at Bar Ignis, the hotel’s bar. The hotel’s original craft beer Highly Lively IPA will be used in the “Beer Mojito,” which has the complex taste of craft beer and the refreshing feeling of mint, and the “Barrel Aroma Beer,” which uses the sauna as a barrel to enjoy the aroma of Bowmore, and the standard sauna drink “Bullpo,” which uses Red Bull. The bartender’s style Bullpo, a spiced version of the classic sauna drink using Red Bull, is available.

IESAUNA was developed in the hope that people can enjoy a sauna at home, camping, outdoors or anywhere else they like. This sauna set uses a proprietary bio-stove to achieve a smokeless mechanism, so that even if it is used on a balcony or outdoors, no smoke is generated and you can enjoy an authentic sauna at home.
