Refreshing Shaved Ice for the Hot Summer

We’ve prepared four types of shaved ice this summer: Coffee, Lemonade, Watermelon, and Melon Cream Soda. The lineup feels like something straight out of an old-school Japanese café, with a touch of nostalgia. Each flavor has its own special charm, so we hope you’ll give them a try!

Coffee

Made with coffee from “Sol’s Coffee” in Kuramae, this shaved ice offers a deep and rich coffee aroma for a more grown-up taste. When paired with the creamy coffee topping, the bitter ice transforms into a smooth, café latte-like delight.

Lemonade

This refreshing shaved ice is made with our homemade lemonade syrup. Infused with lemons and spices, the syrup delivers the natural aroma and cooling flavor of lemon, making it the perfect treat for a hot summer day.

Watermelon

This shaved ice feels like a frozen slice of watermelon. Its juicy, natural sweetness spreads in your mouth, and the chocolate chips—meant to look like seeds—bring back memories of summer.

Melon Cream Soda

A retro and fun take on the classic Japanese café drink, this shaved ice version of melon cream soda is a treat for the eyes and taste buds. With syrup that has a nostalgic taste, milk gelato, and a cherry on top, you’ll enjoy the mix of flavors in every spoonful.

【Lunch / Dinner】Limited-Time Summer Burgers

Our café always offers 9 types of burgers: 7 regular items and 2 seasonal specials, including vegan-friendly options. We strive to provide a menu that caters to a wide range of dietary preferences.

This summer, our seasonal lineup features two new burgers: the “Sichuan-Style Spicy Eggplant Burger” and the “Broccoli Croquette Burger.” Try them to stay energized during the summer heat!

Beat the Summer Heat! “Sichuan Eggplant Burger”

When the summer heat makes you lose your appetite, we recommend the “Sichuan Eggplant Burger.”

Inspired by the famous Sichuan dish “Mouthwatering Chicken,” this original burger brings the bold and spicy flavors that Sichuan cuisine is known for. Spicy foods are said to help you cool down by promoting sweat and also help awaken your appetite—perfect for summer.

The star of the dish is the juicy eggplant, topped with a special spicy Chinese-style sauce. Crunchy red onions and tangy pickles add layers of flavor, and the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing. With a perfect balance of heat and umami, this burger is a must-try for spice lovers!

Recharge with the Goodness of Vegetables: “Broccoli Croquette Burger”

If the summer sun has you feeling drained, recharge with the gentle goodness of vegetables. For those who think “Heavy food is too much, but I still want to feel satisfied…” this “Broccoli Croquette Burger” is just right.

The crispy, fluffy croquette is filled with the natural sweetness and flavor of broccoli. The golden crust gives way to a warm, soft filling that’s comforting and delicious.

It’s served with a refreshing “Dill Mayo” sauce, which combines smooth mayo with the cool, herbal scent of dill. This lifts the overall flavor and leaves a clean finish. Fresh red onions and broccoli sprouts add a pleasant texture, making every bite enjoyable to the end.

At HOTEL GRAPHY NEZU, breakfast is served as a choice of one plate from options A to D. One of these comes with a seasonal soup.

For the summer season, this soup will be a ratatouille made with plenty of colorful vegetables.

We simmer seasonal summer vegetables—grown under the sun—with care and simplicity to bring out their full flavor.

With every spoonful, you’ll enjoy the soft texture of the vegetables and a gentle taste that comforts your body. It’s easy on your stomach and packed with vitamins, perfect for days when you’re feeling a little off.
