Just remember that if you have a flight the same day, most tour companies won’t allow you to dive with them because it is believed you should not fly within 12 hours of diving for safety reasons.
While diving is possible throughout the year, the best conditions are during the spring and early summer (April to July) when water temperatures are warmer and visibility is optimal. Winter diving can also be rewarding, offering the chance to witness humpback whales during their migration season from January to March.

While snorkeling, you will likely encounter colorful fish like clownfish, parrotfish, butterflyfish and angelfish. Sea turtles are also a common sight, gliding gracefully through the water.
