Matcha $\times$ PistachioThis creation features a slightly bitter mousse made with Yame Matcha, encapsulating a rich pistachio sauce. Its appeal lies in the harmonized flavor of Japanese and Western influences, coupled with its sophisticated design, resembling a decorated Christmas tree.

Yogurt $\times$ StrawberryThe mousse, made with Ito Monogatari, a premium brand yogurt from Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture, offers a rich yet mellow texture. Inside, you'll find a sauce featuring the tartness of Amaou strawberries (also from Fukuoka Prefecture), ensuring a refreshing taste from the first bite to the last. Its sparkling appearance, reminiscent of a Christmas illumination, is also a distinctive feature.

The cocktail expresses the longing for the free world of adults that one held as a child, realized in a drink that is both nostalgic and new. It is crafted using rum, butter, caramel, and egg white, resulting in a fluffy sweetness and a dreamlike mouthfeel. The once popular “Brûlée Latte” grand menu item is back as a black latte! We have made a black latte into a brûlée. Enjoy the warm bamboo charcoal latte during the cold season. The photo shows the right side of the product.

Iced Tiramisu Latte (Left in Image) This drink combines rich iced cocoa topped with a cream made with Mascarpone cheese. It is finished with a garnish of cocoa powder and chocolate confectionery.

This drink uses Yame Matcha from Fukuoka Prefecture, offering a rich aroma of the tea leaves that unfolds with every sip. The White Chocolate Cream on top is garnished with marshmallows and chocolate confectionery.
