The shaved ice is made from ice that has been carefully frozen over a period of more than 48 hours, resulting in a crystal-clear texture that melts in the mouth. You can enjoy this pure ice, from which air and even the slightest impurities have been removed. Furthermore, a milk syrup made by combining yoghurt from the popular Fukuoka Prefecture Itoshima brand ‘Ito Monogatari’ with condensed milk is provided on the side.
