Whether you’re interested in a surprise plan, additional items like balloons, sparkling wine, a Happy Birthday garland or if you just want to order a cake, you can make a reservation following this guide.

STEP 1. Check the details of the surprise options using this request form!

STEP 2: Choose your desired surprise options! The cakes and wine you apply for at our hotel will be delivered to your room by our staff. *Available until 8 p.m.

STEP 3: The staff will check the information you provided!!
Once confirmed, we will send you an invoice. ※ Please note that this does not confirm your reservation.
Confirmation Approved!

STEP 4. Please review the details of the invoice to be sent to the email address you provided, and complete the payment by check-in at least one week in advance.

STEP 5. Once the payment is completed, your reservation for the surprise option is confirmed!
Please arrive safely on the day of your reservation.

★ If you request our staff to decorate additional balloons or garlands, excluding the Bring-in Plan, an additional fee of 1,800 yen will be charged for handling.
★ Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refunds after payment under any circumstances.
★ Please make your reservation and payment at least one week before the check-in date.
★ For additional balloons only, you can choose the color.
