Work Lounge
For those seeking a quiet space to work, the 10th Floor Work Lounge provides the best option due to its ergonomic seating arrangements, high-speed internet and silent atmosphere. Once a standard double bedroom, it was converted into a working space in summer 2022, making it a brand-new, functioning space for you to take advantage of.
There are four types of seats in the room: booths with soft seating, sofa seats, counter seats and swivel chair booths by the windows. Due to the ample seating options, it is possible to concentrate on your work even if there are other guests in the lounge.
There are also two small soundproof booths perfect for you to attend your meeting or completely focus on the task at hand. Inside the room is a simple chair, desk and lamp, minimizing your distractions.
Community Lounge
Next to the Work Lounge is the Community Lounge, which features a long dining table, two sofa chairs, breakfast bar and a kitchen. Similar to the Work Lounge, the Community Lounge was converted from a bedroom into its current space in summer 2022, except it was once a king-sized room.
Not only can you use this room to prepare your meal, you can also use it as a space to work or socialize. The kitchen is well-organized and provides all the essentials you would need to prepare a delicious homemade meal.
After preparing your meal, enjoy eating on sofas or at the dining table while chatting with other participants of the SOCIAL WORKATION program.
First Floor Lounge and Restaurant
If you’re seeking more of a lively atmosphere with white noise in the background, feel free to work in the. lobby, which also acts as a lounge and restaurant. There are plenty of seating options available and plenty of friendly staff to chat with when you’re in need of a break from your work. If you get hungry, you can order original food items like Ryukyu-Mexican fusion food or Churro Pops.
You can also work and eat on the beautiful outdoor terrace where you will be surrounded by lush tropical plants.
