Top 3 Bartender Recommended Drinks
① Azabujuban Tonic
First off, the Azabujuban Tonic is a standard gin and tonic, but it is made in the Azabujuban style.
Usually, a gin and tonic is made with a squeeze of lime or lemon, but the Azabujuban Tonic is made with a squeeze of grapefruit and accented with white sesame seeds, making it a more mature gin and tonic.
The Azabujuban Tonic is also an amazing drink that shows the bartender’s enthusiasm.
②Azabujuban Onsen
Next on the menu is Azabujuban Onsen, added to the menu in the spring of 2021.
Have you heard of the Azabujuban Onsen?
THE LIVELY TOKYO AZABUJUBAN is actually located on the former site of the Azabujuban Onsen, a hot spring bathhouse that once stood on the western edge of the Azabujuban shopping district.
The Azabujuban Onsen is inspired by its building’s former facilities, which was unique because its spring water source was black.
Inspired by the Azabujuban Onsen, this cocktail is also black.
Please enjoy the overflowing onsen-like cocktail made with buttery dark rum and a splash of cola.
③Otaku Colada
Finally, for those who do not drink alcohol, we recommend the Otaku Colada.
This non-alcoholic version of the piña colada is made with pineapple juice, coconut milk and sudachi.
It is decorated with famous Japanese anime characters and is a visually pleasing tropical drink.
