Set within the protected landscapes of Nikko National Park, the hotel lies beyond central Nikko, Lake Chuzenji, and Senjogahara.
It is approximately 80 to 90 minutes by Tobu Bus from Tobu-Nikko Station or JR Nikko Station. Guests arriving by car can travel via the Nikko Utsunomiya Road.
As you make your way into the mountains, take time to enjoy the lakes, forests, and changing seasonal scenery along the route.

By Train & Bus
From Tobu Nikko Station or JR Nikko Station, take the Tobu Bus bound for Yumoto Onsen.
Alight at the final stop, Yumoto Onsen. The hotel is approximately a 3-minute walk from the bus stop.
The bus from Nikko passes through Lake Chuzenji and Senjogahara on its way to Yumoto Onsen. The journey through the landscape is part of arriving at Okunikko.

By Car
From Utsunomiya IC on the Tohoku Expressway, take the Nikko-Utsunomiya Road toward Kiyotaki IC.
From Kiyotaki IC, follow National Route 120 up Irohazaka and continue past Lake Chuzenji and Senjogahara toward Okunikko Yumoto Onsen.
From Utsunomiya IC, the journey takes approximately 60 minutes. During autumn foliage season, public holidays, and winter snowfall, roads can become congested or restricted — please allow extra time.
By Rental Car from Tobu Nikko Station
Rental cars are available near Tobu Nikko Station. From there, follow National Routes 119 and 120 toward Kiyotaki, then take Irohazaka up toward Lake Chuzenji and Senjogahara.
Continue along the road toward Okunikko Yumoto Onsen.
The journey from Tobu Nikko Station takes approximately 50–60 minutes. The road includes many bends and inclines. Please take care, particularly in winter or during poor weather. Check road conditions before setting out.
Parking
Free parking is available on the hotel grounds.
Spaces are limited, so guests arriving by car are advised to allow some flexibility in their arrival time.

At higher elevation, the Okunikko area receives significant snowfall in winter, and roads may be icy. Guests arriving by car are advised to fit snow tyres or carry tyre chains.
The Kinsei Road (connecting Okunikko and Marunuma in Gunma Prefecture) is closed during the winter months. Please use the Nikko–Irohazaka route when travelling in winter.
